About

History

The homeowners association was founded in 2001 in order to maintain our private road (Arrowhead Trail). Since then, it has installed street lights and helped foster a friendly atmosphere in the neighborhood.

Current Status

Today, Arrowhead Trail is the home of several families including many with children.

Member Responsibilities

Quarterly Dues: $75

Please attend our annual HOA meeting, usually held in January or February. Officers and trustees are elected. Minutes from these meetings can be found in our Google Group.

Members should join our private Google Group to get up-to-date neighborhood information and HOA announcements.

Residents are also members of the Indian Ridge Master Owners’ Association. It is a separate entity tasked with maintaining a private sewage system.
